Photo Release and Permission Agreement
I grant permission to the Center for Teaching International Relations (“CTIR”) and its World Affairs Challenge program to photograph and to record my child’s voice, performances, poses, acts, and appearances, and to use his/her biography and picture, photograph, silhouette and other reproductions of his/her likeness and sound (“Works”) during his/her participation in the World Affairs Challenge. I agree to the unlimited distribution, advertising, promotion and exhibition of the Works for promotion of CTIR using any method or device now known (including video, print, multimedia, social media, website or film, etc.) or hereafter devised.
I agree that I will not assert or maintain against CTIR and its successors, assigns and licensees, any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, those grounded upon invasion of privacy, rights of publicity, or other civil rights, or for any other reason in connection with the authorized use of his/her physical likeness and sound as herein provided. I hereby release CTIR and its successors, assigns and licensees, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action(s), costs and expenses whatsoever, at law or in equity, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, which I ever had, now have, or may, shall, or hereafter have by reason, matter, cause, or thing arising out of the use as herein provided.
I affirm that neither I, nor anyone acting for me, gave or agreed to give anything of value to any employees of the Center for Teaching International Relations and World Affairs Challenge or any representative of any television station, network, or production entity for arranging my child’s participation in the World Affairs Challenge.
